Pink Smoothie Bowl

Serves 2

Ingredients:

1/2 cup oatmeal 

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

170gr of fage Greek yogurt 

4 large strawberries 

Toppings:

Pomegranate 

Dried white mulberries 

Desiccated coconut 

Dragonfruit balls (use a melon baller) 

Frozen raspberries 

Edible flowers (optional) 

Method: 

Mix oatmeal, almond milk, Greek yogurt and 4 large strawberries together. Blend / process and then leave overnight. 

Add your favourite toppings in the morning!
