Matcha Chia Pudding  

… love chia pudding for breakfast or even dessert!

Ingredients: 

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp matcha powder

1 tsp vanilla essence

150mL almond milk

150gr Greek yogurt

Desiccated coconut

Edible flowers / fruit (optional)

Method: 

Combine chia seeds, almond milk, matcha powder and vanilla essence and leave overnight to soak.

In the morning add flowers/ fruit to the jar and top with Greek yogurt as well as the desiccated coconut.
