Spirulina Overnight Oats

… for a light-blue coloured breakfast… 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup dry quick-cooking oats

1 cup almond / cashew milk 

1 tsp spirulina powder

1 tub of Fage low-fat Greek yogurt

2 tsp honey

Toppings:

Dragonfruit (use a melon baller to get the small circle shapes)

Blueberries

Bee pollen 

Buckwheat

Edible flowers (unevessary, albeit very pretty) 

Method:

Combine oatmeal with almond milk, spirulina powder, honey and yogurt and soak for two hours or overnight.

Add toppings to serve.
