1 pear (sliced)
100 gr rocket leaves
15 salted cashews (crushed)
1 tbsp sultanas
Feta cheese (sprinkle)
Olive oil (to taste)
Wash rocket leaves and place in a bowl / on a plate. Slice 1 pear finely and mix in with the salad leaves.
Crush salted cashews and sprinkle on top.
De-seed a pomegranate (don’t wear white) and use roughly 1/4 of the seeds for the salad.
Cut approx. 10 physalis fruit in half and add these to the salad.
Sprinkle sultanas, and feta on top and add olive oil to taste.
