Raw Cocoa Smoothie

… for when you want something chocolate-like…

Serves 3

Ingredients:

1 very ripe pear

2 bananas

1 cup of almond milk

1/2 tsp nutmeg

2 tsp raw cocoa powder

Method:

Peel, slice and freeze the banana for two hours (or overnight).

Chop pear into small pieces.

Combine the frozen banana, pear, almond milk, nutmeg and cocoa powder and blend until smooth.
