… made this when I just got back from vacation and had almost no food in the fridge except the frozen stuff…
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup almond milk
7 frozen blackberries
Dried white mulberries (handful)
1 tsp raw cocoa nibs
1 tsp sunflower seeds
Soak oatmeal for a few hours or overnight with the almond milk in the fridge.
Blend frozen banana and blackberries together to form a purée. Add on top of the overnight oats.
Add your favourite toppings – I used dried white mulberries, sunflower seeds and raw cocoa nibs here.
