1 dried fig
1/2 a papaya (small)
1 cup of almond milk
Almond flakes (topping)
Peel, slice and freeze the banana for two hours (or overnight).
Chop the papaya into smaller pieces.
Combine the frozen banana, dried fig, papaya pieces and almond milk and blend until smooth.
Top with almond flakes.
